This was the first time I had ever tried a detailing service and chose Vulpix purely based on the reviews. I was originally going with a 1 year ceramic for my Tesla but after watching James work and seeing first hand how good the car was starting to look I upgraded to the 5 year on the spot.

Had my new BMW 1 series booked in with Vulpix Detailing to remove swirls that were unfortunately applied from the dealership on the pillars, lights and other areas of the car. The team did a great job on these and made sure all work was carried out to a high level. I only came across these guys a few days ago but they were quick to book me in and get the job done, even though they had other cars to work on. Elliot and Charlie were super friendly and didn’t mind talking whilst doing the work, or mind me hovering around asking questions.

It’s clear to see that these guys love what they do and have a passion to do great work.

From the initial contact to the completed work done on my car Vulpix have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The full range of services was explained clearly allowing me to make the choice for my Porsche 996.
